I mean its SEC football so who knows.
I will say that UGA is a better overall team and at home.
OU has a slightly better defense, but that is their only advantage. However, defense travels. Also, playing at the big house, their team wont be scared of Sanford Stadium.
One thing is for sure, its gonna be a low scoring affair.
The only thing that scares me is UGA's kryptonite... a super mobile QB that can make plays from nothing when shite breaks down.
If that doesn't happen, UGA most likely wins comfortably, but I don't think we cover.

that has definitely been kirby's weakness. But look at the QBs that immediatley come to mind in that regard:

chambliss
tua
hurts
stroud
What's the common thread there? All those teams had ELITE WR play. OU has one guy they can safely rely on and then not much else. Their OL is also trash and mateer isn't half the passer as some of those guys.

OU is going to mud up the game with all the injuries we have . Think we have 2 healthy lineman and I don’t think they we’re going to be great this year but injuries has really slowed them down. With the defense OU will play it close . Uga may win by 14 late but I would be shocked if OU got blown out . Hasn’t happened in a while with our defense.

I need to look at oklahoma team total..anything over 3.5 is too much. Worst offense ive ever seen

Usually on game week, opponents have convinced themselves a big upset is incoming. They usually reason that UGA is vastly overrated, offense is plodding -not explosive and the dawg defense just ain’t what it used to be.
Being an AARP age Dawg, I’m much more comfortable with upset talk vs OU fans counting themselves out mid-week.
Hoping Mateer doesn’t suddenly come alive but if you been around a while, you aren’t surprised by anything in the SEC.

you're talking about a game/team that was good enough to be in the sugar bowl and in the top 10 after 13 week's worth of games. Not really comparable to this year's OU that is unranked and on life support.

I remember that game! I thought for sure T Knight was going to be the next big thing. Dude looked superhuman in that game.

Based on what? UTEP, Michigan and New Mexico? All the pundits and what not are making this claim, and it could be true, but basing it on the season thus far is silly. UGAs offense is currently ranked the best in the nation....that's just silly. Its certainly good but it is ranked #1 at the moment because of the schedule. OUs defense is ranked 5th in the nation at the moment. I think OUs defense is certainly good, bordering on elite, but best in the nation based on the schedule is a stretch.
