Added a few more positions from guys that played in the rotation all year this year as well as Trotter.

I keep seeing AU poster's holding out hope that Cam will return for his last season. Be honest, please. If you were him right now, in light of what he has already accomplished on the field, would you return?

Now, consider the constant bashing he and his family are receiving right now, that seems to have picked up steam since Monday nights game..

All things aside, the wise decision for him would be to go pro and put this all behind him.

No one seriously thinks he is or should come back, but it is not unusual for fans to hold out a slight bit of hope until it becomes official.

FTR, I am holding out no hope for Cam and Fairley. I am worried about Adams as well. His personal situation may force him to come out a year too soon.

No way Fairley comes back. Dude is gonna be the #1 overall pick now that Luck has withdrawn. I could see Cam coming back, but I put it at a VERY LOW percentage.

I can see nine wins possible, but that 4 game stretch may prove demoralizing and result in a few loses later in the year that would otherwise be wins. This year AU had a LOT of very close games and they lose a lot off of this team. Look at Iowa last year, they won a LOT of games but a lot of those wins were very close, this year they flip flopped a lot of those wins and while they may have been just as good, didn't win any of those 4th quarter games until their bowl... A similar situation could happen for AU next year...especially in the SEC west where luck and schedule almost have as much to do with win percentage as anything else.

I think Bates should move back to S. He was pretty damn good as a true FR there in '09, and he has been unimpressive at OLB.

As for our record, I'll go with the 8-4 to 6-6 range. Our offense will still be pretty good, but I don't think defense will improve enough to make up the difference between 'pretty good' and 'awesome' that it was with Cam & an SR-dominated OL.

DAMMIT!!! I was thinking/hoping he was a SR also. He's by far our weakest corner. Got nothing against the guy except for getting burnt constantly. In reality he prob does a lot better than perceived but anytime a big play happens he seems to be the one that got burnt.

i hated it for him in the BCSNCG when he got burned for that 70 or so yard pass because the safeties completely screwed him. He was suppose to give his guy an inside deep release like he did and Maehl(sp) got behind the safeties too.

The D will be relatively young, but there is alot of promise there.

I think the biggest question marks at this time are the OL and who will take over for Cam. Our skill players on offense will be young but there's tons of talent there. I do hope it finally clicks for Benton and he can contribute.

As for the record, I could see anywhere from 7-9, with 10 wins if we get some luck.

I'm still not sold on S Car being better. They've really only got 1 good RB, so if you shut Lattimore down and get pressure on Garcia, he's gonna shoot himself in the foot, which is exactly what happened in the SECCG. And I can definitely see Spurrier going with 2 QB's, which is almost never a good thing.

Yeah, Kirk really put it all on the table and threw him under the bus with the "He's been getting Burnt ALL YEAR" line. I felt bad for him, he's done alot of stuff thats good but that never gets noticed. \\ on a side note... I grew a hatred for that Maehl guy over the past couple of weeks... he seems cocky and smug. He's decent but the fact you can tell he thinks he's a freaking jerry rice makes him even less good IMO.

You could really tell exactly how slow he was when washington ran him down on that long pass. Washington was running circles around him.
