The prompt is soliciting for legitimate evidence that UGA has cheated. Can you read?

Anecdotal stories that some guy paid you cash for tutoring services doesn’t indicate anything.

Or are you saying those were $100 bills banded together and pulled from a greasy brown bag containing $10,000 more?

Hard to be taken seriously without any evidence. This is the whole point.

Um..we all cheat..every program. Are you so naive that you honestly think every school but UGA does it?
Did you even read the OP? I’m asking for evidence.

Got any?

Yeah, the chubby frat douche that learned from Saban for so many years, the ultimate modern rule breaker that escaped accountability, just waltzes into Athens and creates a recruiting powerhouse while being clean as a whistle.
Wait you though Kirby would have waltzed into Auburn?

two major infractions that resulted in NCAA probation: in 1985 for improper loan benefits provided by a booster, and in 1997 for academic fraud and booster violations

There is your proof.

You have to be very, very homeristic think everyone but Georgia cheats...we all cheat..it is all about not being blatant or fricking up Vegas bets. frick with Vegas, and they will immediately come down on your school.

"Corrupt boosters" existed outside of the football program and University. Particularly in a state like Georgia... where there is a lot of in state talent and rich guys from the player's home towns could do the cheating.
Anyone can say anything specious predicated on a loose hypothesis of pseudo-logic. None of that makes it credible, much less factual.

Get some evidence or take a seat on the sideline

OK now we are getting somewhere. Thank you.

NY Times Jan’85: 1 booster financed and then paid off a used car loan for 1 player in 1982.

Would like to see anything else you can uncover across the years.

Otherwise that’s a ceiling on corruption I can live with.

I was a walkon on the golf team at that time. I’m sure they could have gotten tutors through the AA, but these guys knew me personally and were comfortable with me. They asked me to help them and I wasn’t saying no.

Ah! Gotcha. It just caught me by surprise. I wasn't doubting what you said, just surprised.

Well…if they were “paid under the table” how would you or I or anyone on this board have “factual data” about it? Did we land on the moon? Were you on the moon watching when Armstrong “allegedly” set foot on the moon so you could have “factual data.?” Do you accept all news reports and government statements as fact? I believe he set foot on the moon, do you?

See, this is why NIL sucks. College football was better when team cheated. Screw the NCAA and what they did to SMU. SMU killed cheating with Dickerson and James.

You are wading in pretty deep water with this topic. Over and above cheating at SMU, they had a former player who went on a killing spree and was killing a bunch of women.

He was still closely associated with SMU as a booster and even did some announcing for ABC and ESPN years after he quit murdering women.

SMU knew about all of it and didn't care.

I actually believe UGA was pretty clean until Kirby. Kirby is a win at all cost kind of baw and he learned from the best in Saban on how to handle things under the table.

Kirby learned how to cheat from Saban, who never cheated at all? How does that work?

Anyone ever associated with college football in any way, at any position, whether a coach, assistant, etc... will tell you that Saban was the most righteous, clean, upright, and do it the right way coach there ever was in college football.

He was above reproach and will stand as an example to all other coaches for the entirety of college football's existence. His actions never led to his teams being penalized, punished, or shamed because he was better than that as a person.

For exactly 50 years, starting out as a lowly GA in '73 until his graceful retirement in 2023, his record was as pure as freshly fallen snow.

Deeprig alter is obvious. Gotta get his money’s worth out of the VPN so he can afford his HOA fees.

Wait, doesn’t this thread of mine remind you more of your own thread about “Kirby’s passion”? You know, seeking honest debate and calling out those trying to high-jack the thread with lazy non-contributing replies. Would have thought more would have accused me being your alter.

Nothing will ever top the bagman rumors that would pop up the second a kid your school was after committed elsewhere.

Kind of crazy that beat writers are still employed en masse considering they were often the go between for players and bagmen in the dead period
