We're all trying to cope, brother. It's tough.

It's really not much.
I made it worse for myself last week with all the logos and shite and updating each game live. I don't have the time or patience to do that again, but I'll update periodically.
This is more to consolidate all the SEC teams and what happened that day than live updating.

It would be so great for us all to meet again in Omaha. One thing I can say about my Gamecock is when we get to the CWS final 8, we come to play.

Might as not even play the postseason now.
The Florida Gators asked Lil B to bless the, on their was to the CWS. Lil B did.
At least we didn't get the Lil B curse.

I don't like our regional at all.

State gets an All American in Joey Lucchesi in game one. He's got a 1.87 ERA with 145 Ks this year which is good enough for #2 in the nation. Pretty much one of the worst match ups for a 1 seed in the entire postseason when you factor in how damn good their offense is too. Not only the tough 4 seed, but then they get CSF who's pitching staff leads the nation in ERA & WHIP. And La Tech won 40 games too. Good luck, dawgs. You might need it.

Yep he is a basass for sure. No idea who we pitch but we gotta win the first game somehow. Again, I think we got hosed in our regional being a national seed. And who wants to face Cal State Fullerton with the best Era out there. And as you said, La Tech is deep as well. I hate this draw but you gotta play the games regardless.

State is throwing Hudson right? They have to. No way the can afford to go through the losers bracket with CSF's pitching depth.

Yeah, it could be rough. Particularly since State hasn't really been hitting well since the Arkansas series or so.
Several players are in a slump, this may be a tough weekend to break out of those slumps -- my main concern is that Cohen reverts to his small ball ways.

Because of the tough regional speculation is that we might toss Zack Houston followed by bullpen. It's a gamble sure but if we can pull off game 1 then we have our best pitchers ready to go. Who knows.

The reason I say this is because Cal State is nasty good and if we face them game 2 then we're gonna need the best pitching to combat that freakish pitching they have.

I heard a guy on radio breaking down all the national seeds. What scared me was him saying the pitching for Cal State as a staff throws the best change ups in college baseball. I hope we are ready for that should we win game one.

You may have heard wrong (maybe not), but Lucchesi has a sick change up too. I just read he may not go because he didn't sleep well on Wed and woke up stiff. Calling it a game time decision.

We could only be that lucky.

Cal state has the best pitching arguably in the country but one of the worst offenses
