Petrino is to blame for those points.
hes got a big lead, and instead of taking it into the half, Arkansas goes deep on one play, runs out of bounds on the next and then fumbles trying to pass again on 3rd down.. if they run on 3rd, they punt and pin KSU deep with no timeouts.
