If you're gonna copy a fan chant from an NFL team, at least copy one from a franchise better than the fricking Jets.

The Corvette is an Exotic car that you bought from Wish.com.

The only beef I have with y’all is I knew like 3 people from Kentucky who were students at OM with me, and they unapologetically still were obnoxious UK basketball fans come basketball season.
I couldn't even watch UK basketball, back when I paid attention to UK basketball, with those fans. And I got no hate for Ole Miss, like everybody else here. Seems like it could be a nice road trip.

I don't know a single Kentucky fan IRL. I'd guess we would get along just fine if they're anything like the Kentucky posters on this board. Y'all are some cool Cats!
I hope y'all enjoy your visit to Oxford this weekend. Here are some tips to make your visit more enjoyable...
1. If you're over 23 years old and are either married or in a relationship, don't go to any of the following bars: The Annex, Tangos, Roosters, or Round Table. These locations are mostly inhabited by young college kids and aren't very fun to go to when you're not trying to hit on a 19-year-old blonde chick from Dallas, TX. I'd recommend going to the Library, Funkys, the Coop, or the upstairs bar at Boure. The first two are party atmospheres, while the second two are much more relaxed. Harrison's has a cool outdoor patio bar, The Blind Pig is more of a dive bar, Lamar Yard is new with a fun outdoor atmosphere, and you can get a good selection of craft beer at The Growler.
2. If you're having trouble finding a place to stay, check hotels in Batesville, MS. It's a 25ish minute drive to campus and you'll probably find much cheaper rates there.
3. There are tons of places to eat, and I would recommend all of the following: McEwens, Grillehouse, Boure, Ajax, Opa, Jinsei, Snackbar, Big Bad Breakfast, Volta, Saint Leo, First Watch, Newks, El Agave, and Toyo. Those locations constitute a variety of meal types (breakfast, lunch, dinner) at a variety of price points. Also, don't underestimate the food from the Chevron across from the Graduate Hotel on the square. I know all of the jokes about gas station food, but their fried chicken and breakfast food are really damn good.
4. If you're looking for some family friendly stuff to do, there are two movie theaters, a bowling alley, a golf course, bike trails, historic sites, two parks, two farmers' markets, a concert venue, and tons of shopping all throughout the town. If you go see a movie, don't go to the theater on Jackson Avenue, rather go to the one at the Oxford Commons.

Popular destination when Vanderbilt comes to town?
FWIW, talk radio is saying everything is booked up for both places to stay and places to eat. Is this hype or is everything booked up already?

Adding to that, if you have family with ya and want some great pizza, hit up Fergndan's on Hwy 30. Just be aware, Oxford is the roundabout capital of the south, so pay attention to the yield signs if you're coming from N Lamar onto 30 to go there.

Very typical for a game weekend. If you haven't booked a place to stay already, you're probably out of luck. I'd recommend checking out the Andover Plantation Bed & Breakfast in Olive Branch to see if they have any rooms available. It's a very nice B&B.
For restaurants, those that take reservations will already be booked most likely. There's some great places to eat (like Boure') that don't take reservations, but you'll have to wait for seating due to it being on the Square. There's restaurants further from the Square that you'll be able to grab some food at with very little wait.

With it being the first home game against an SEC school (or a P5 school in general) this is not surprising. Ole Miss fans don't show up for Tulsa but they will show up big for an SEC game.

3. How's Levis doing this year? Going to live up to hype?
Also three times this year our freshman wide receivers have stopped routes early resulting in INT's.. so we got that going for us too!

Good primer for UK fans coming down
Hope they see it
And If they have any questions, we’ll be glad to answer them
Also: avoid the Library on gameday as nobody wants to pay $40 cover

I joked with my UK-fan buddy last weekend that if Kiffin skips town, we are snaggin Stoops. Hopefully neither program will have to worry about that scenario for a long time.
Wildcats, see y’all at the game. Here’s to morning beers ??

I wouldn't think Ole miss would want him. He's a great coach but he doesn't have the flare or whatever you wanna call it freeze and kiffin have. Part of his being from Ohio I guess
