Per this new website called wikkipeida. Lots of info on that site.

Neat stats
Last SEC title—#conf titles—#divisions

These are some additional stats:
National championships in in the new millennium:
Alabama-6
LSU-3
Florida-2
Auburn-1

Observations:

-Alabama-amazing blue blood
-Lsu-Fla-new money
-Arky and Mizz are pound for pound sec juggernauts for their ability to score multiple divisions since being invited.
-Ole Miss- scrappy
-USC/MSU division scoreboard

Fla-new money

I mean, they've been pretty good for the last 30 years.

I would consider Clemson a "new money" school.

Florida has been consistently good with only a couple of bad years for three full decades now.

Well- I take that back. They were solid under Danny Ford in the 80s.

You have Florida noted as vacating a title. Just curious, with Alabama's long history of cheating and vacated wins, has it ever had to vacate a divisional or SEC title?

Nope - we're smart enough to only vacate wins in seasons that don't result in accomplishments .

- 1993 we lost in the SECCG (I guess technically we forfeited the "West", but I don't think that is actually something that is recorded by the SEC Records)
- 2005 we didn't win the West
- 2006 we didn't win the West
- 2007 we didn't win the West

We would have gone to the SECCG in 2002 if we hadn't been on probation (Arkansas went instead), but that is about as close as it gets.

All division titles for every school have been since Arkansas joined. No school has won an SEC division before 1992, because they didn't exist before then.

If you didn't play in the SECCG, you didn't win the division, IMO.

I'm still triggered that Mizzou has more division titles than us... amazing how we only got to 1 SECCG from 2010-2013 and it was the worst of those 4 teams.

But Lou raised the flag high enough for spurrier to see it.

It paid off for usc for sure.

Maybe most surprising thing to me is how long it’s been since Florida won the SEC. feels weird because of how dominant they have been my entire lifetime

Interesting how the West has more division titles than the East. I guess that's due to shared titles.
