Nah. The more teams that are allowed in the more it becomes like this. Look at the number of undefeated teams this year. Then look at the number of 1 loss teams, number of 2 loss teams, etc.
It gets to be more and more the more losses you go up as a general rule.
And the more teams they add to the playoffs, the worse it will be.

Yeah, my metrics were predictive as well. Did you not read what I just typed up there guy? I used them to predict the scores of games.

Well, his metric is relatively famous and tracks Vegas odds well. It says Alabama is #12. Yours is unknown so I can’t comment. Hope you didn’t lose too much today by betting on them based on your metric.

Are you saying just establish the final CFP rankings based on last week's poll? Or, only count the results if you win and it moves you up? Sorry, it has to be treated as another data point...losing bad has consequences. Can't have it only one way.

I'm just going to assume you can't read.
Also, I don't bet on games. The game prediction was a test of it's overall accuracy. AKA if it does a good job predicting the winners of games, then it must have a pretty good read on those teams. Of course many games are extremely easy to predict, while others aren't.
Metrics today had Georgia winning for the record. They were the #3 team in the country and Alabama was the #9. It's not like it was an upset.

Bama lost to OK and didn't play A&M or Ole Miss. Just because you won the tiebreaker doesn't mean you were the 2nd best team in the SEC, only the chosen representative in the Championship Game...there is a difference.
