Just 50 years ago, comparing Tennessee to Missouri was unfathomable. Missouri was light years ahead of us back then.

The way it’s set up, it’s not too bad that the county won’t sign up for the merger. The county doesn’t need to take on the obligations the city has run up. The city needs to declare bankruptcy and then I think a merger could be on the table.

LOL, Huntsville Alabama is one of the highest tech cities in the world, with their research park being one of the top four largest in the world. So Alabama may only have 1 top 500 company, it does not matter......
