She is definitely toast. It may take a while to get all the HR ducks in a row (hence why her profile is still active on the site) but I guaran-damn-tee you she will not be drawing a paycheck for much longer and she will never set foot in the AD again.

But as a university employee, then can avoid a lawsuit by reassigning her to another position outside the AD. They can assign her to lets say the janitorial staff and make her clean toilets-then she will quit on her own!!!

If the bitch has an ounce of common sense, she should not even consider walking on UA's campus again. Who in their right mind would want to work there knowing the shite she's caused? I know it's a two way street, but give me a frickin break.

Read a HR manual- if they fire her or demote her right away she will walk away with a chunk of Hog $$. But if they continue to pay her until a new coach is hired and settles in they can phase out her job. But what you bet she negotiates a settlement to leave and stay quiet about it all? It will make the $20k looks like one month's salary. Otherwise she will, if willing, write an expose of bringing down the Hogs.

infidelity to a relationship comes from some deep anger.
her parents could have screwed around. she has deep hatred of fidelity.
she probably won't get married or have about 4 marriages. she will always be this way.
sad to say, but she probably did love the cockhold guy.
i do think bp could hit his bottom w/ this gaff.
they are both in my thoughts and prayers.
i was married to a similar girl and i do try to have compassion for their anger and humaness.
