Pat Dye. Cam Cameron for OC, Nick Farily for DC.

Just out of curiosity, what would your reaction have been if an LSU fan started this thread?

I was just now discussing this with my Aggie friends. He would make an excellent hire.

Come on home, Coach Sumlin. Mama is calling you.

Does Saban coach up gump fans on trolling? That was exquisite!

I think Sumlin wold make and excellent hire for Texas and would serve to further extend the ill will between the two schools.

No way Sumlin would leave Aggieland for Alabama. Only place he would leave for would be an NFL gig.

Bama's new staff post Saban:

Jon Gruden as coach
Kevin Sumlin as offensive coordinator
Will Muschamp as defensive coordinator
Les Miles as special teams coach
Gus Malzahn as our new water boy

Well, that happens about 20 times a day, and I generally refuse to post in them.

But, since it's a done deal, I decided to start the definitive one myself.

I want Sumlin. The guy is a master recruiter and motivator. He's the only one in the SEC worth poaching. Any of you guys like someone else?

I don't think Coach Sumlin fit the profile of Alabama coach

You're wrong. He's not a QB.
