I hate Notre Dame. Bunch of baby back bitches who are too scared to join a conference

Hopefully they’ll grow a spine after this 2020 ACC trial run and not revert to their independent schedule

Looks like half the ACC is scheduling Liberty... So Western Michigan may be a big chip for the ACC....

With 10 game conference schedules everyone will be gunning for a cupcake.

Ga Tech and Fsucks should swap OC opponents. Ga Tech should play Samford and Fsucks would play UC of Orlando Community college.

Notre Dame is great when not playing for championships.

They've made the BCS title game/Playoffs twice in the past 8 years.

Combined scores:
Opposing Teams 72 - Notre Dame 17

I always think back to a Barrett Jones interview a few years ago when he was talking about their prep for the 2013 BCS game, and how behind closed doors, he and the OL coaches were astounded that Notre Dame had been selected to compete for the championship after watching their game film. They actually couldn't believe how soft they looked.

That season Notre Dame had been first in the nation in scoring defense, and during the ensuing contest Alabama went up 35-0 midway through the third quarter, with Eddie Lacy averaging 7 YPC.

ACC nixed the Navy trip in the ACC's footprint's own state
No point even trying to play that game.
All you are doing is setting yourself up for a lawsuit from the other non conf games you canceled.
If you can play one why didn't you honor the contract of the others.
The SEC eliminated all non conf games to protect the league's teams.

It has nothing to do with having a "spine" and everything to do with having all of their games televied on CBS. which pays them a heck of alot more monet than joining a crummy conference like the ACC. I'm not particularly fond of ND but their schedule isn't weaker than 90% of other heavyweights schedules either.

game was originally scheduled to be played in Ireland. Maryland is a Big 10 conference state

I get your point though. Navy and Notre Dame is a traditional game. Wish the other SEC - ACC rivalries would have been kept

SDS had a podcast about that game and the self described bama homer talks about how before the game he couldn’t believe how much bigger Alabama was than ND but thought maybe they are just super well coached and it will still be a tough game, and then saw then third string Blake sims doing the “suck it” move to the entire ND team while coming out of the tunnel. He said at that moment he realized They were going to destroy ND
