Which was a good matchup. Surprised they didn’t take it.

The Pop Tart Bowl has become completely synonymous with bitter fan malcontent.

It’s by far the most entertaining bowl sponsor

They should put a one year playoff ban on teams that opt out of bowl games

Baloney. They should put a lifetime ban on the committee.

Any interest in a 4-8 South Carolina team? We’ll play! We need the extra practice

ND had the opportunity to join the ACC but were too proud of their independent status. Well, this is what happens sometimes when you don’t have a conference. With other teams moving towards not playing anyone out of conference they better crawl back to the ACC and wear a comfy pair of knee pads whiled under their commissioners desk.

Alabama won our first Natty in 1925 winning the Rose Bowl after Notre Dame turned down the invitation. Bear Bryant was 13 at the time and decided to go to Bama after listening to the game on the radio. You could say Notre Dame turning down a bowl game is how we got to be the best CFB team in history.

Catholics vs Mormons would have been a good one too. ND didn’t want any of that magic underwear smoke I guess.

Hope UF will opt out of these BS bowls once things get going again.
No one wants to play in these bowls now.

The Pop Tarts Bowl?!?!

C'mon man.

Gator fan hoping they will one day be bowl eligible so they can decline it.

This is what gator nation has devolved to everybody.

So good.
