A hard-boiled Nole coach being a dick?

With a university and fanbase that's such a shining star of wonderfulness?

Say it ain't so. I just cannot believe that.

If you’re implying that Jimbo Fisher is a lesser option than Ed Orgeron, then I would call that denial.

I'm not implying anything, I'm saying flat out that for the money LSU paid O vs what TAMU paid Fisher, LSU got a better deal. IMO both coaches only go as far as their coordinators go.

Fisher has been at FSU for 8 years, and going 5-6 after all that time should raise a red flag. With anyone.

Certainly dodged a bullet. Now we have the shrimp boat captain
The Captain has gone 12-4 in the SEC the last two years. (While trying to clean up the Miles Mess)

He's certainly not what he was at Ole Miss and has evolved into a much better Head Coach/Program Manager.........

This is becoming a theme for LSU.

Nah, a "theme" would be Auburn getting their asses kicked in Baton Rouge since........Hell I can't remember.

O is earning half what Jimbo will make, though Jimbo’s coaching record is ten times better on paper.

He wanted to coach the last game and go out the right way, but FSU admin prevented him.

Why should they let him coach the last game under the circumstances? Whose ego is being stoked by coaching that last game after he has already agreed to leave for another school? Seems pretty pointless.

You have to go back one year to compare. In 2016 FSU lost to Louisville 63-20 in Fisher's 7th season at FSU.

O beat that same Louisville team later on 29-9 as an interim coach.
