I never denied Auburn got away with cheating and there is nothing that can be done.

How come the NCAA complimented Auburn Compliance Dept on how they handed the Cam Case ? Logic would tell you they would not have done that if they thought Auburn paid Cecil. We know the NCAA doesn't mix their words when they say things like "staring down a barrel of gun".

Once again, if you want to say that's the reason why Auburn got away with it, I have no problem with that.
But we all know what happened. Hell Cam has all but admitted it publicly with stuff like his "Like they say, it's an on going investigation" smirk. Cam's dad set a price and he ended up at Auburn.

If the admin didn’t think Pearl was safe why give him s raise? Why not wait until he is cleared?
Also, Tubs and Chizik were let go because of performance.

Nobody suggested the loophole didn't get closed...it's ignorant to suggest someone broke a rule but then a loophole needed to be closed. If the rule was broken a punishment would have come, but a rule wasn't broken...to prevent a similar occurrence the NCAA changed the rule "closing the loophole" for future situations so it would be a violation.
For the sake of facts...a booster for MSU approached Cecil about a pay for play scheme and unfortunately for Cecil he listened. That is now a violation, it wasn't at the time.
