It happened in the middle of the 2016-2017 season (supposedly around the time of the BC game at MSG). So, their eligibility was compromised from December 2016-March 2017 while they kept playing. None of this came to light until fall 2017.

It's my understanding some of it occurred winter of 2017. Vacating games from that season seems irrelevant.

Gambling is not a vice that ever interested me. Worked too hard for my money to give it to a slimy character who didn't want to work for a living.

LSU was the first school under investigation, but they won’t be the last. Wade is dirty, as is Cal, as is any basketball coach that recruits AAU players

That is why illegal gambling is so big in Alabama. You have people risking the financial security of their family because they never think they could be wrong. Nugget rings, old Cadillac’s and term “juice” are the staple of the redneck world.
