I don’t see how Auburn is in anyway part of this. They cleared both players after a 1 year suspension.

if they had found evidence would have penalized Auburn

Wade is dirty

I have to laugh at LSU fans that think they will get off without even a slap on the wrist. Ignorance at its finest
there are some gullible people in this world

That is an ignorant statement...you can't break a rule then find a loophole. The loophole that existed meant the rule wasn't actually broken. Thus Cam was declared ineligible by Auburn then reinstated by the NCAA once they ruled he nor Auburn broke a rule.

They found that Cam Newtons dad had been paid but they claimed Cam didn't have knowledge of it. That is why Auburn got away with it.
They now have a rule in place as a result that prevents it as a result.
Auburn cheated and got away with it.

This is awesome. I'd like to take a moment to once again thank Cam Newton for the gift he was to Auburn University...never, I mean never could I have imagined the long term gift he'd become.

Other than being impossible...maybe it's one of Trump's alternative facts.

NCAA adopts "Cecil Newton Rule"
quote:
The rule closes a loophole that allowed Heisman Trophy-winner and Auburn star Cam Newton to continue playing during Auburn's 2010 national championship season after it was discovered that his father, Cecil Newton, solicited Cam's services to Mississippi State for $180,000.
"It essentially closes the loophole," council chair Carolyn Campbell-McGovern told CBSSports.com.
