How is LSU behind Ole Miss but ahead of A&M?

LSU beat Ole Miss by 3 in OT at home. Neutral site game, Ole Miss would be favored. No clue on A&M, other than they got beat down soundly by South Carolina.

The team you are referring to has 2 losses and lost to Vanderbilt.

UGA didn’t beat Bama. They beat Texas 30-15 in Austin.

OSU beating PSU isn’t that big of an accomplishment. They are truly around the 15th best team but they don’t play anyone.

This will be the first Bama vs LSU game when both teams entered the game outside the top 10 since 2006. That's pretty a pretty incredible run between the two.

Pretty insane.

Damn.

Because that's the way it should be.

Upsets happen, but the Rebs are clearly the best two loss team.

Because OM gave that LSU game away and any logical person can see they are the better team.

Texas is overrated because in hindsight their wins over Michigan & Oklahoma were no big deal.

Fixed it for you

We find out in a couple weeks. And at this point it looks likely.

Several teams ahead of Ole Miss lost. Pitt, Clemson, A&M, Illinois, Iowa State, etc.

Arkansas isn't a bad team. They took A&M to the brink could have easily beaten them.

My top 16 prediction was pretty close. Didn't think they'd drop Notre Dame 2 spots

Penn state should drop. I understand their record is good, but FFS they looked horrible yesterday. Ohio State isn’t that great either. A lot of CFB is struggling.

There's another AP voter in that twitter thread that had Indiana at 3. Miami at 4, and UGA at 5.

The AP always had a bias towards certain teams/regions but the voters are getting dumber each year.

Texas scheduled Michigan and now plays an sec schedule. If we didn't schedule a top P4 opponent the whining would be fair but we scheduled a top 10 opponent in non conference historically and recently. Can't help this year they are not as good. Same as the sec schedule. Get mad at the teams you consider “easy” that are on our sec schedule. Its not Texas fault we play who is in front of us.
