If a tree falls in the woods, and no one hears it, does it make a sound?

Same concept here

TAMU/Arkansas will return to home and home after 2024. Besides, if we go to pod scheduling we probably won’t be the same pod as Arkansas and won’t play annually anymore.

The only neutrals should be Ou Texas and Georgia Florida. That’s IT.

ll SEC games should be played on a home & home basis.

In fact, the opposite is true. Especially if the SEC goes to a 9 game conference schedule. The inherent advantage of an extra home game for 1/2 the teams every year is not equitable.

It would also could expand the SEC footprint for those fans of teams that don't live close to their schools anymore.

With all due respect... no, I mean with every bit of disrespect, this is the SECR and your application is still pending. So kindly GTFO until you show up with your SEC schedule in hand.

FL/ga and Tx/Ou have traditional neutral sites which are actually “neutral” and loved by most of their fans. But games at JERRY WORLD and Atlanta dont seem to have the same appeal. JERRY WORLD sucks for college games.

I would love to see the Iron Bowl played at a neutral site every third year.

The site of the Ga/Fla game and the A&M/Ark game is of no concern to anyone other than those Universities.

Ya'll do what you want...just leave the WLOCP alone!! That's a week long event for a lot of our fans.

A&M/Arkie was a novelty that has been WAY overdone and that game has stayed there because of Jerry Jones forcing a 10 year extension after the SEC move. No one else likes that game anymore there as the novelty wore off a LONG time ago. A&M and Arky have awesome home environments as well.

Texas/OU I get because neither home environment is really special. Nice but not special. The State Fair thing is interesting and breaks things up, though the old Cotton Bowl is an absolute craphole now in a horrible part of Dallas. It's their thing though so whatever.

UGA/UF is a little stranger to me as both schools have great home environments but they seem to like it and have the Cocktail Party tradition so fine by me.

Going forward there are only 2 reasons I want A&M to play a neutral site game. First would be if it is a pure 1 off game like Clemson/UGA this year. Second would be if it were with a smaller school as part of a 2 for 1 or something. Say A&M plays Houston and gets 2 games at Kyle and the 3rd game is played at Reliant instead of at UH's home stadium. Otherwise never again.

WLOCP and RRS are okay. They've been doing it for 100 years and it works well. TAMU/Arkansas in Dallas was a stupid idea.

The real thread should be about ending OOC neutral site games.

It wasn’t when we started it as a OOC game.

I hate neutral OOC games even more

They make bowl season even more irrelevant imo.

No one cares what your opinion is of neutral site games. Go yell at a cloud or something.

Nobody gives a shite where you two arse clowns play. You can play ALL your games at a neutral site as far as real SEC fans are concerned.

I mean, you literally started a thread about it, so you give a shite. These assholes are coming to the conference one way or the other, and that game isn’t leaving Dallas.

Kids like playing on the same field as NFL players and visiting big cities after a summer camp of practice. It's a good recruiting tool if you can sprinkle in every few years.
