Day 1 scoring looks brutally difficult. Karsten Creek playing difficult early on.

Tons of double and triple bogeys so far.

68 girls tee'd off with the bottom 12 teams this morning and only 5 are under par at the moment.

The top 12 teams are about to tee off their round though.

Since you responded to me I will answer. I care about all sports, but we suck at wimmins hoops. It is our worst sport and we just can't figure it out, so I don't pay that much attention to it, but if we were good I would be all up in it. So to speak.

Very early, but Alabama is looking really good. -7, #2 is only -1.

The #5 player for Texas has started her first 6 holes at +1.
Double Bogey, Birdie, Birdie, Double Bogey, Birdie. It would be tough to watch that as a playing partner.

Some girl from Wake shot 65. That’s so impressive considering what the rest of the field is at.

Looks like par is a good score on this course.

It's rough.

I was playing a tournament once and 1st started double, triple. Was even par after 6 and hadn't made a par or a birdie. Guys playing with me couldn't get any rythym.

I’m so confused as to how you did this.

I played in a tournament once. Made a bogey on one, and a 10 on the second hole. Definitely tough for my playing partners to get in a rhythm when I put two balls in the street

Had to be 3 eagles and a bogey, or an albatross, 2 eagles and a double. Yeah I need to know now that you made me do the math.

Exactly. 3 eagles in a 6 hole stretch is just unreal. I’ve never had more than 2 in a round.

Holed out a wedge for eagle on the par 4 3rd.

Made putt for eagle on par 5 4th.

Bogey on the par 3 5th.

Made putt for eagle on par 5 6th to get back to even.

It was the 16th hole before I made my only par of the day. It was an interesting day.

That is absolutely insane. Glad to see you made an American (two eagles in a row). My most fun round was bookending it with eagles, but 3 eagles in a round doesn’t even seem possible.

Also, Jillian Hollis from UGA is in 3rd right now. Final collegiate tournament before she’s turning pro a year early. Not sure how often that happens on the LPGA from collegiate players, but wish her nothing but the best of luck and hopefully she can cap off her career with a W.

That is awesome! I would hang up my clubs if I ever did that. Nowhere to go but down.

Who am I kidding I would only play more if I did that.
