I think you hit the nail on the head earlier

Trolls always want to bring this up but can never actually articulate as to why it'd get stripped.

Either Ole Sarge was trolling from the start or he realized just how ill-informed this thread is after reading where someone posted the info he asked for.

I think you might as well strip LSU, because if Tua had been healthy they wouldn’t have won anyway. Just strip the asterisk fake title

Tua was never healthy though.

Do I agree/disagree that it will happen?

Do I agree/disagree with a decision to do so?
Dude's trolling, but I THINK the wording is

they will strip LSU's title
Do you think that's the right thing to do?

On those lines, I never agree with going after the fact and changing things. Reggie Bush won the Heisman, and was one of the most electric winners ever. Taking it away later was a chickenshit move.

Funes was sitting in federal custody/sentencing for the entire 2019 season. He started his 33 month sentence in Early December 2019.

So what is getting stripped and why? He was first fired in 2018 after it came to light. The last player's parent we know to have received money/funneled cash back to Funes was Vadal Alexander's father. Alexander hasn't been at LSU since 2016 Pro-day.

With him already sentenced and serving his prison term you aren't gonna see another name come to light.

One thing Aggies don’t have to worry about is being stripped of championships

Funneling money from charities to players families? Come on it’s not even questionable.

Your idiot and an obvious troll. Funes was an LSU alum, so was everyone else that pretty much works at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. The FBI, Secret service and IRS all investigated the case and the US Justice Department convicted him. Does the fact that the Forensic Auditors at OLL who caught the fraud get into this.

Two parents of former players, 1 who last played in 2001 and one who finished in 2015, were hired by Funes as workers that he set up vouchers to make payments telling them that this was for Charity, these people along with others were hired to work the Charity events, and he instructed them to pay back the majority of the money back to him.

So in light that this was the US Justice Department, with the FBI, Secret Service, and IRS, where are the other people who were charged with his money laundering and fraud? You think the US Government would give a Sh..t if it involved LSU in any kind.

BTW, the Enron collapse by comparison, which involved Aggie grads if Justice was served they should have shut down the entire University given the collateral damage in terms of job losses and senior citizens whose retirements went to zero. Of course that is obviously tongue and cheek.
