The patch on the front, which most sports already allowed, as authorized by the school or conference, may be a commemorative/memorial patch (names, mascots, nicknames, logos and marks) intended to celebrate or memorialize people, events or other causes.

The patch must not exceed 2¼ square inches and must be placed on the front or sleeve of the uniform. While not all team members are required to wear the patch, they must be identical for those who choose to wear them.

Don't mind this.

This WILL effectively end college athletics. Young blacks who think this is a good idea are the biggest losers when all of the dust settles. NFL dead. NBA dead. College football and basketball dead. Opportunities for a wealthy sports job, currently going mostly to black athletes, will disappear. Liberals have infected and killed more once great things, cities, families, and cultures than anything else ever could

So in your fricked up World, the only way for an Athlete (Black) to make it to the Pros is not complain about these things:

confederate monuments

Police Brutality

Systemic Bias & Racism in Society

The Bunker Bitch that won't be in the WH after Jan 20, 2021

In your narrow world the only way a Black Athlete can make it to the Pros is to not have any opinion anytime about anything

You are a pathetic, poor excuse for a Homo Sapien

Will they allow the uniforms to have the number of blacks killed by other blacks as a weekly running total?

Auburn fans, why does your police department want to kill Chandler?? ?

No one mentioned the Auburn Police, had Chandler gone jogging in that same neighborhood in Brunswick GA , those same assholes would have gotten in their Trucks and gotten their shotguns and tried to detain and harass him

If he lived in the wrong Apt in Louisville KY, the Cops would've kicked his door in at 1am and started shooting

That's what he is talking about, and that's what obtuse folks like you continue to miss

Great, that should end racism!

It's stupid and just a bunch of old white guys pandering to the media. But at the same time, I don't need a safe space so I'll just ignore it and continue watching.

Everything isn't about ending racism, sometimes you use whatever platform you have to raise AWARENESS that some things in America are not quite up to par

Still on course for a full season.

Despite the increase in cases, the amount of deaths continues it's downward trend. Even if it flattened out a bit, it's still not a big deal.

Telling people there might not be a season is just a good way to get clicks and attention right now. But really the entire premise is based on the incompetence of the leadership. Which isn't the worst bet in the world for sure, but I think there is a limit that's been reached for most.

Why are democratically controlled areas of the country also the worst parts of the country?

People like you will be the reason Trump wins.

Nah. You are a snowflake for allowing BLM to arse rape you.

How is another human that plays a Sport that is on the field 50 to 100 yds away from YOU that wears a 2 INCH PATCH, how is he "arse raping you" or interrupting your enjoyment of the game in any way , hell half the damn time you can't see the the player's number from your seat, how can you see a friggin 2 inch patch?

I guess a lot of you guys default setting is a-hole and anything that arises associated with CFB you guys default to your typical a-hole responses

No, the only way a black athlete can make it to the pros is "if" there is a pro league. One of his best routes to do this is "if" there is enough interest in college football to support his being able to play college ball. Remove enough fan interest and it all comes crumbling down. Injecting divisive political messaging will not grow a fan base, only reduce it. LSU football needs to stay away from politics if it wants my support. I am not alone. If black athletes want to complain about stupid shite and blame me for it I don't have to support it. The race card has expired and no longer works. You are an idiot.

And collectively the LSU athletes say, "KISS their Mike the Tiger asses and kick fricking Rocks" - the Era of the silent Black Athlete is gone and it AIN'T COMING BACK!!

The Advertisers & TV Networks - the people with BILLIONS AT STAKE ARE OK WITH THIS, which means they have done the advanced Market Research and they are comfortable with the opinionated Socially Conscious Black Athlete going forward, and it has nothing to do "Librul vs Conservative", it has to do with MONEY and the Societal Changes in America going forward

During FB season take ya MAGA Hat wearing asses to the Woods and go hunt during FB season, there'll be plenty of Fans to take your place, once the economy gets back to normal and we have a vaccine

Bye bye a-hole!

Someone saying that they don't want politics mixed with sports doesn't equal trying to silence the black athlete. Sporting events are supposed to be the escape from the stresses of everyday life, not reminders of it.
