Hell no! This isn't NASCAR!

I would hope that some of the power schools would not do this

Its a damn shame that teams that have iconic looks and uniforms. One that to even the most casual fan when they see the uniform they instantly know who that is. LSU, Bama, USC, Texas, Notre Dame and others, I would they would not tarnish their uniforms but we know they will.

This wouldn't even be coming up if they weren't behind the scenes quietly pushing for this.

This is the kind of crap the bowl game and playoff people want to see, schools doing whatever it takes to fund their sports teams as opposed to even the slightest bit of sharing the immense amount of money that flows from the public into their pockets.

Those bloodsuckers are blackholes when it comes to revenue and will never willingly give up a dime to keep college football alive because they know the fans will always pony up to put a team on the field.

I'd enact a ban on all post season play until there was at a minimum an even split of the money paid to the bowls and playoff committee by ESPN, the sponsors and all proceeds from ticket sales and concessions with all 136 FBS teams, in addition all expenses from travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses associated with post season participation would paid by the bowl and playoff committees not the schools.

The schools should declare a moratorium on all post season play until they get those turds to the negotiating table and make real changes.

Well it’s moving slowly but surly toward NFL Corporate takeover of the top 32 teams . The current conferences will reorganize with the leftovers of the other conferences.

Current NFL billionaires will bid on teams affiliation.

Example: Alabama will be corporate farm team for the New York Jets.
Oklahoma will be farm team for the Kansas City Chiefs. Etc etc

New league will play on Friday and Saturday. Same type divisions and playoffs as NFL.

High school draft
Free agency
Everything like NFL

Players must complete degree

Teams wear same uniforms and logos like MLB. Wear logos on jerseys and helmet etc. nothing gaudy.

Fans who never watch College in New York will root for Alabama and watch on Saturdays.

Money will eventually be NFL size.

I may not live to see it but when it happens, remember Bamaoldtimer told you so.

If I could make one change to the world that I think would massively benefit society as a whole, it would be a complete ban on advertising.
