I really wanted to pick Ole Miss too because of Beard but felt Iowa St was more realistic.

Beard is such an elite coach. If that shite at Texas never happened, we'd still be playing.

I am not good enough to know what makes him so good, but damn you can just tell he is elite.

He has an intensity about him and his players seem to mimic that aggression. He is also really great about getting the students involved. He was always doing shite around campus and inviting students to come out.

They're doing a great job calling this game. Fun to listen to. It sounded like a horse race on that last series.
