How fricking overrated was ucla? got carried hard in rpi because they beat 3 sec teams, but they have not looked all that great in their regional.

They should be tied or losing right now. Umps saved them in the 2nd with the bases loaded on a bad call at 1st that would have scored a run and kept the inning alive.

Gotta start someone and he just might be our best option at this point. Need someone that can keep us in it and give halfway decent length. He has had some starts in his career and has went as many as 6 innings a time or two I think. It is what it is, but it doesn't do any good to save him, as a closer, if there's nothing to close because we strung together a bunch of scrubs. Damned if you do, damned if you don't at this point.
