The only exception is the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. The hype for this game is way better than last years in Santa Clara.

Welll... because New Orleans.

Every championship should be held there.

I’m actually interested in the one they have scheduled for Indianapolis. I hope Minneapolis gets one as well.

Here are the only acceptable locations for Championship Games:

New Orleans
Miami
Orlando
Jacksonville
Tampa
Tempe
Glendale
Pasadena
Las Vegas

New Orleans is the only venue outside of Florida, Arizona, Nevada or California that is acceptable. It should be a warm weather destination with things to do nearby.

Here are the actual future sites:

2021 - Miami (ok)
2022 - Indianapolis (screw that)
2023 - Inglewood (the freaking stadium isn't even done yet)
2024 - Houston (hell no)

frick Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa, and quite frankly I don’t care for Glendale either and never have.

I’m down for New Orleans, Miami, Pasadena, and Vegas on a rotation

Atlanta belongs in the rotation.

It really should just be played in Atlanta. It is pretty centrally located in the South and is about the easiest airport in the country to get to.

You may be able to google some of the stories about the Super Bowl in Indianapolis. It was that game that made the media start saying that all Super Bowls should be held in New Orleans or Miami. Maybe the infrastructure has changed but people bitched about how spread out everything was. The weather sucked. Some people had to stay over an hour away because of room availability. Just because you have a stadium doesn’t mean you can host huge events.

I of all people like Atlanta but selfishly I’ll admit that I had a hard time watching Georgia play at the Benz for the title in 2018 and feeing like I was watching us play for a title (granted Bama being the opponent had a lot to do with that, as did the emotions of having just beaten Baker and OU in the Rose Bowl a week prior).

The 3 venues I mentioned just feel like title game atmospheres and then Vegas I just think will be fun as hell one day

Inglewood wtf? Nothing screams destination location like Inglewood.

It’ll be just like last year. The teams from the other side of the map won’t go pay Cali prices.

The biggest problem is they pick cities that are a nightmare/stupid expensive to fly into with 10 days notice (NOLA, Tempe, San Jose, Indy, etc)

Well...it is cheaper to fly into Detroit in January than New Orleans...how else can they incentivise people to go to Detroit in January?

How can you incentivize people to go to Detroit ever?

Florida stadiums are awful, especially Camping World. Literally the best stadium I’ve been to in Florida is Ben Hill Griffin
