He’ll be at Kentucky when Cal is done recruiting and not coaching. Until then, enjoy watching the product he puts on the floor.

Well, the "Nate Oats will leave Bama for..." threads came a lot sooner than I expected. Just a few short months ago, I was having to explain to LSU fans that he has more NCAA Tournament wins than Will Wade and was having to defend the "Fresh out of Romulus high school" coach.

Cal has a lifetime contract and 60 million dollar buyout. He’s not going anywhere

Cool. That'll be a while. Enjoy the inevitable beat downs.

I feel so validated by this post despite not having anything to do with success at Alabama athletic department. LSU posters can't even let us have a fleeting moment in basketball.

Next time IronPuppets and WillyT come around, ask'em how their prediction about Oats is looking!

Tell the truth LSU, last night had to feel a lot like the last time someone named ALABAMA decided to visit Baton Rouge?

Here I am. I know Oats is doing it with Sr starters and a down year and no home court advantage. Keep the dream up.

frick yeah, Oats needs to stick around at Bama until he proves he can win!

And his recruiting has been TERRIBLE! WTF was Bama thinking?

Really ? Most of the league is very young (but talented). This year is like a scrimmage for the experienced players, especially when they are on the road. Most of Bama's players have played together for 4 years, with some younger players mixed in. Young players do not know how to deal with empty arenas and zero crowd energy. Thus big advantage for a senior latent team. That is why UF and UK suck this year.

Yeah, two whole starters, and one bench player. "Most" of the team.
