LSU only wins Games of the Century against Bama at Bryant-Denny Stadium where they have a winning record against the Tide

You might need clarify what you mean by the aforementioned statement.

LSU does not have a winning record in Tuscaloosa, AL.

No, I don't believe it did need any clarification. Bama doesn't have a winning record against LSU in Bryant-Denny Stadium. Pretty straightforward.

I would like to personally thank you for starting this thread.

Great entertainment on an otherwise slow day at the office, due to the CV.

In honor of WilliamTaylor21, I donated a box of N-95 masks to the GP across the street.

You see the trick is, Bryant's name was added much later. Haha. But on campus in Tuscaloosa, your purple tigers have a losing record all time series.

You're not that clever!

The Games of the Century

The media likes that one. Have heard it several times. What it really represents is the SEC championship by default because the winner is all but assured to win the championship.

It doesn’t matter to who wins the East, the winner of the LSU - Bama game will kick their arse and win the SEC.

Georgia or Florida can’t win against either in Atlanta.

I like that name as long as both teams remain viable.

Would love to see some ingenuity being used to come up with something catchy that will stand the test of time.

Come on guys, I have faith in you!

Hold on to those Hallman and Dinardo years.

LSU had its worst decade of football in the 90’s. Let me repeat that. Our worst decade of football was in the 90’s.

It doesn’t matter to me what time frame you look at things. The only time that matters is the present.

If you’re naming this game, it should be called crimson and gold bowl with there being a half crimson and half gold colored football with the respective schools logo on each side.

Unofficially call it the “Southern Pride” bowl.

those of us with money, donate to our Alma mater, no sports without us. You wouldn't know anything about that. You're too poor.

I was actually with the team. Sorry but that doesn’t make you on the team. Even your Alabama players if they are honest would tell you the same thing. To your face they would be nice and say all the right things. Oh we couldn’t do it without you. Thanks for supporting us blah blah blah. But they don’t consider you on the team. Your not on the team. Thank you for your donations. But you’re a spectator. Stay a spectator.

would call it the NFL Combine Bowl.

Joking aside this is the truth. So much talent when these two teams play each other

I would name it the "Other Pro Bowl".

Every heated "rilvary" needs a name to put it in the spotlight. I.E.. The IRON BOWL, TSIO, WLOCP, DSOR, EGG BOWL..Etcera..etal. PAC has the Apple Cup, civil war...Big12 Bedlam, Red River rilvary...TEN has Oaken barrel,Lumberjack game...the guy with Babe...ACC...???

Come up with a name for BAMA VS LSU or
LSU VS BAMA.

"BIG GAME BUT NOT RIVAL GAME" That is my name for it.
