Nick Bell - a Freshman died of a rare form of cancer. This would have been around 2010-11 when Mullen was the coach.

DE Richard Tardits for UGA. All time sack leader (29) until David Pollack.
Came to UGA as an exchange student from France with zero knowledge of football and tried out and made it as a walk on, so he could stay and continue his degree.
Only one year as a starter and still was able to get 29 career sacks.
Drafted in the NFL and played for 4 years and then continued his career in Professional Rugby.
Dude had amazing grit and determination.
