No doubt, I hated we had to play them.
My butthole was clenched to the maximum every time Reese, Parker, or Milewski came up to bat this series. They are an incredible team.

True but a good many of their fans were excited about it. "Hard to beat a team six times in one season". That is true. But it's much easier if you've already won the first four.
Not that it was easy. Great team. They still somehow think we're not that good though. Not talking about the ones here, but the ones on their own board.

How did the box score look on all of those? I’m genuinely curious. I thought State was going to be pretty good this year.

I think they are a top 5-10 team. We very well could have went 1-5 vs them. Tip my cap to MSU.

Every game was legit close. Two went into extra innings. Great team. Georgia is fortunate to have won all of them. Not common when teams are that even.
We both have questionable pitching (theirs more about the BP and ours kind of both SP and BP at times) but really good lineups, so not surprising the scores were what they were.

This sort of reminded me of the football playoff game against Ohio State.
Both teams have high octane offenses.
Mississippi State plated a total of 21 runs in the two games and still lost both games.

We would still be playing game 1 at the Polo Grounds. Foley Field may as well be the Astrodome in comparison
