I’d say ban yourself but really, seppuku is the only way to atone.

Clearly, these are the same person.

Boi thicc now

He's in great shape. Glad he's finally gaining, but it's gonna be a slippery slope for him. That jawline is barely hanging on

Myles Brennan tackling the Jared Lorenzen diet this offseason
When did “holding an L” become LSU’s thing? Anyone else find that pretty funny?

About the same time that ala-shame-a's 'things' became:

-Dangling one's scrotum on another adult male in public in front of women and children;
-Poisoning a rival school's landmark;
-Calling in a bomb scare to a rival stadium in hopes of evacuating a 100,000 seat venue, on national television - because your roommate is fearful of gambling debt repercussions;
-Drunkenly body surfing on opposing fans in your bowl game in the Superdome.
-etc. etc., and of course, etc.

You have the nerve to make fun of the 'L'. WTF is that gay-arse 'A' in the middle of your podunk toilet bowl- shaped cowfield in Tuscacrappa?

You're welcome.

You can’t run an RPO offense if you’re a fat pocket passer.

Clown shite bro.

RPO =/= read option.

RPO's don't require a running quarterback. It has nothing to do with the QBs running. Its literally an option to hand off to the RB or to pass.

You're talking about a read option where the QB puts the ball in the RBs gut and reads the DE to decide if he's going to pull it back and run it himself.

The more you know.

This is an RPO play

This is a read option

Mac Jones is not a fat pocket passer. Did you even watch them at all this year? Great insight there.

Ok name one successful RPO QB that can’t at least extend the play a little or is a shifty runner.

I’ll wait.

He's the closest thing to it there has been in recent memory.

He had 35 rushing attempts for 14 yards in 2020, totally a pocket passer.

An RPO has absolutely nothing to do with a quarterback's running ability.

way before that. It started a lot longer ago than that. I found a video as early as 2011 when Beckham did it when he committed at the US Army game, and I don't believe he was the first to do it.

Is Brennan the starter or the guy who led LSU against UF?

I'd assume Brennan is the starter entering camp and probably for the season opener against UCLA. However, I'd bet Max Johnson gets some first team reps and will get PT early on in the season, and whoever looks better will start going forward. You'd have to think with Nuss' kid coming in, one of our QBs will transfer. As things stand today, it would appear the most likely guy to transfer would be Finley, but who knows. I think there will be plenty of open competition in camp. We have more good QB talent, mostly very young talent, than we may have ever had at one time. Finley obviously seems to have the most arm talent, but Johnson also clearly seems to be much more game ready and poised at this point in his career and is also much more mobile which obviously can be very important in modern offenses.

To be fair, it’s probably really easy to gain weight after an ab tear keeps you out for months

You'd think, but Brennan had some crazy metabolism for his first few years on campus. Dude did everything he could to get to put on weight but it was very difficult for him. He finally made some strides prior to last season before the injury, and it looks like that youthful metabolism may have finally worn off a bit.
