Did anyone see the fool running people over with the handtruck going down the southwest ramp after the game? Almost got into a fight more than once with whoever he ran that thing into the back of?

Usually it's either the biggest assholes or the biggest thin skinned pussies who can't enjoy themselves at an away game.

So which are you?

OP, I agree. The atmosphere pregame was excellent. I got a few "frick LSU" and birds shot at me, but each time there were several bama fans in the area who rolled their eyes at the person and apologized on their behalf.

I visited one tailgate and they had a wooden thing with corndogs in it that said "Coonass Trap". They were cooking boiled shrimp and etouffee that smelled awesome and I told them that the food was more of a coonass trap then the other thing

Friday night was fun as well. I think the mutual respect each base had for the other made it a great weekend for home and travelling fans.

People were nice? What part of the campus were you in? I've never heard so many people saying "frick LSU", "Go back home Coonass", and maybe the most common "Roll motherfrickin tide"

You know ppl that usually get treated poorly is because they acted poorly. I doubt you were being an angel when those things were said to you. I was on the strip all night Friday and walked around campus Saturday and never heard any of that. One of my friends that is an LSU fan was saying "roll terd" everytime he passed a Bama fan. Just about all of em ignored him.

I agree with you. The Bama fans for the most part were a class act. Only a few obnoxious fans, and like you said, Bama fans apologized for them. I had a blast.

You haven't been to Auburn then.

Auburn's fans are much, much nicer than Alabama's. They're almost too nice.

People were very friendly and we had a great time with all of them. Nicest fan base in the SEC IMO. Stadium is very nice as well - would prefer not so much piped in music but not that big of a deal. Enjoyed partying with the bama fans.

Congrats to your Tigers.

I wasn't saying anything remotely crude to any bama fan. I did the occasional geaux tigers with other LSU fans as we walked past them but that's all. I heard frick LSU from the second we parked. About 3 cars in a row drove past screaming it

Bama fan base: most homophobic group of people I've ever seen.

"les miles is a homeaux" shirts and signs all over.

This was being worn by the same guy who told me that miles is still winning with Sabans players

My experience was great. Genuinely nice people. Not one bad incident. Overheard a few excuse makers after the game, but that's it.

All during the day, people would pass and say Roll Tide, I would say Go Tigers, that was it. And all the service people were extremely friendly and helpful.
