I live just outside of Seattle and both my parents are Bama grads. I haven't heard anything other than they might be setting up a game.

You know, it is not unfathomable that this thread was the only real source of the rumor. I told several AU friends about it including my parents who mentioned it to other alumni friends. I directed my dad to this thread and I know he did the same to others. Who knows, this thread could have been the source of speculation (though it may be completely unfounded) that made it back to Tubs when he made a typical Tubs jab that he likes to do from time to time.

I seriously doubt this is true. I think the SEC is stuck with St. Nick for at least a few years. Which is ok with me because so far, LSU has a pretty good record against him.
