That one has got to sting for Arky fans. Muss had that program humming for a minute. Really only had a bad season this year, right? Maybe he didn't think he could turn it around next year and decided to jump ship while his name was still hot?

You are delusional if you think Beard wouldn’t leave Ole Miss for a program like Arkansas
The only reason Ole Miss was able to hire a coach like Beard in the first place is he needed to cleanse himself at a low level program before a bigger one would hire him.
