How has Tyler Russell done against Bama in the past?
Can MSU get a pass rush on McCarron? It doesnt matter who the DBs are if he is gonna have all day to throw it.

We've only played starters for 4 full quarters in one game this year(UT). Our best OL has only played parts of 2 games, Auburn and Tennessee.
You can make stats say whatever you want, but they mean about as much as our record currently does(not much). You could argue that our numbers are inflated due to competition level, and I can argue that they are deflated due to playing our 3rd string for most of these games. We will be in the top 10 in scoring defense and top 30 in scoring offense when the numbers come back out tomorrow...and it doesn't mean much

Relf started last year.

Since that's not a strong area for bams and we will go man with a lot of blitz packages... Yes.
If not, then it could be a long day for MSU

Who is confident and who is talking out their arse? The proposition is on the table. Beat bama and I disappear.

It's an argument that they will never accept. Even though we have played alot of depth!

do you think the MSU backups have played more than the Bama backups?

So why should you feel confident about going into a hostile environment when your starters have only played in 4 full quarters??

It's the logical thing to do when he can't defend what's being stating.
Some how making the bet =s a bama win in his mind.

It's not a matter of who has played more back ups. What he is saying people trying to use the stats are leaning hard on information that's not valid due to backups being in the game...... a lot.
The facts remain on a starter level that I do not believe Bama will match up well with what MSU can do.
1- No team they have played can stay in man and load the box to stop the run, and sack AJ. If that's not true, PLEASE state the team that has been able to.
2- Name me a team that Bama has faced that spreads the ball out as much as MSU effectively. They have not. They Do not have the DBs to stop MSU in that area. Will they get stops? sure. The same as MSU will get stops in the run game. But on a consistent basis... no they don't.

What's it matter? The game will be played regardless. Msu wins and I'm gone. Bama wins adios muchacho.

I would like to thank MSU in advance for improving Bama's strength of schedule. After our we beat your arse by at least 3 TDs, then the computer polls will love us as much as the human polls.

2011 LSU. Are you saying the MSU defense is anywhere near the level of the 2011 LSU defense?

Western Kentucky. Judging by common opponents, MSU scored 27 against Kentucky; Western Kentucky scored 32 against Kentucky. Western Kentucky scored ZERO points against Bama. MSU might do a little better than that, if they can stay away from the turnovers that played WKU.
Now I've got one for you:
Name me a team that has kept it close against Bama?
