My man is more lost than Sarah fuller on a football field.
Dude thought he'd go into Vandy, recruit some studs, win enough. Make a tourney or two and bounce to UNC or the NBA. So stubborn. So ignorant. Blocked half Vandys fans on Twitter. Called one fan out for being a fake arse fan, said he had a memory like an owl, had to go watch film and to enjoy their miserable life. That's one way to connect
Only reason he got hired is bc the Vandy admin got played by their old AD Malcolm Turner. Dude spent 9 months on the job and rain thru their rainy day fund in that short time. Including hiring this circus.
Recruiting and coaching. Got to do both
The last staff was god awful but Atleast they could recruit
Stack can't recruit. And he can't coach.
This is my melt. I don't ask for much. Vandy ain't ever gonna be consistently good in football. I know it. Y'all know it. It is what it is.
No excuses for basketball. Should be an annual tourney team.
Hell, I'd call crazy arse stallings back tomorrow if I was in charge. Atleast his teams had some heart.

Being as honest as I can be:
The day Darius Garland got hurt set the program back 10 years
That young team was 4-0 with wins over Winthrop, Liberty and at southern Cal. 4 future NBA players (plus a 5 star freshman center)
Garland goes up for a layup. Comes down awkward. Out for the year. Leader gone. 5 star center tried to do too much. The team quit. Coaches pouted bc Garland was hurt. 0-18. Staff fired

It doesn’t help that the SEC has became much stronger in basketball over the last 5 years or so. Regardless I’m sure stackhouse will be gone soon enough so…

I’m done with him. God I’m so sick of sucking at basketball. I was a season ticket holder for years and have all but given up. Doesn’t help that we have an administration that’s more concerned with being SJW’s than anything else.

But he dresses well and checks the box of a minority hire so he will be there a couple more years.

I hate this losing mentality that Vandy cannot compete in football. Of course we can! It just takes commitment. That means changing the radical administration and faculty that is ruining the University.
