Don’t worry, you have the right guy at the helm to get some vacated wins. Here is the list of the top 5 coaches by all time vacated wins.
1: Les Miles (LSU) - 37 wins
2. Hugh Freeze (Ole Miss) - 27 wins
3. Mark Hudspeth (Louisiana) - 22 wins
4. Brian Kelly (Notre Dame) - 21 wins
5. Butch Davis (UNC) - 16 wins
The state of Louisiana is really represented well. But don’t worry Auburn, you have the right guy to get some too.

That is why this list doesn't really tell us much.
Look at Nortre Dame 2012. They vacated the entire season's 12 wins (and a loss in the title game? I guess you vacate losses if it is in a championship game?)
Compare to LSU 2014 who vacated 8 wins even though the entire season was subject to being vacated.
So LSU is lower on this list with 8 vacated wins vs ND's 12 because they were not as good at cheating? Both had their whole season subject to being vacated.

State forfeited 19 wins & 2 ties between 1975-1977 because a football player received a discount at a clothing store in Starkville that was available to ALL students.
The 1976 team was 9-2 and would have been in a very nice bowl game.
I mentioned in another thread that this was and remains the most egregious atrocity in the history of the sordid NC2A.
The whole vacated/forfeits crap should be all reversed at this point in time. It was total joke back then. Every single school gave players extra amenities. Period.
Just let the on field results be just that. FINAL.
