Tennessee. Those losses are going to happen until there's more talent in Knoxville

The inner pessimist in me says it’s LSU, but damnit if last night wasn’t the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen from an LSU team.

Why do you think that? He played FAU. It's not like he beat the frick out of Mich St, or Penn St, or Michigan. It may turn out to have been a bad move, but it can't be said either way if it was good or bad as of now. Would you have benched Fromm for Fields?

I think anyone reacting to a negative performance is probably accurate at the moment.

I don’t think this is the case with Mizzou. They no doubt had defensive issues (rushing anyone?) but most of what went down was a matter of turnovers and wild swings. At one point going into half they were a couple of yards from scoring and instead fumbled for a return that because of a penalty created three points for Wyoming. That moment alone was worth 10 points. Mizzou’s offense is still more than capable. I hate them but I don’t think they’re nearly as bad as the trolls or their own fans think.

It's not possible to overreact to that loss.

LSU by a country mile. Reading national championship implications into a win over an FBS team your scout team would mop the floor with is just silly. LSU will beat Texas...and at that time, that conversation will be warranted. But why embarrass yourselves with this premature ejaculation? I honestly thought y’all were kidding.

They looked good against a cupcake. So did a lot of other teams. Declaring themselves 2nd in the SEC over it is absurd.

You guys are on an LSU site and you're complaining about LSU being excited about their team's offense.

I think everyone has treated their win/loss with appropriate excitement/disappointment. Well done, SEC Rant.
