Until the passing game improves, I'll concede that Dobbs is overrated. He makes a lot of great plays with his legs, but nobody fears his arm.

I really don't understand why people think Dobbs is overrated. No one, except a few UT fans, think he's all-world, but anyone who denies he's productive is just trolling.
He's the 2nd best QB in the SEC going in to the season because there are so many new faces. That doesn't make him overrated.

QB has to make better passes than he does. That being said, it may have more to do with the receivers poor route running and the line's mediocre pass protection than his throwing ability.
I cannot remember 1 instance last year where he could just drop back and throw without someone in his face.

I get that, but I haven't seen anyone say he's a great passer and I've seen no one say he's of the best QBs in the country.
I've seen people say he's very productive and put him at #2 in the SEC, which, based on results, is accurate going in to the season.
