As Gamecocks we rarely have steak.

All we can afford is the left over deli scraps at BiLo thanks to Muschamp's buy out.

Thick, bone-in ribeye, well seared and on the rare side of medium rare. Preferably with a side of sauté mushrooms... and a good Pinot Noir.

Too rare for me. Get it to full medium rare, then rest.

Need a recommendation for a good Pinot? Take a good Cab or Zin, then add water.
