Not a big win for Georgia as much as it was a frick up by the playoff committee.

They beat Michigan in the semis but ok

Ohio St only had 82 yards against Florida. They had that Ginn return to open the game and didn't really do much of anything the rest of the night.
There was also an uncalled hold on Reggie Nelson who otherwise would have made the tackle.

Alabama ND shoulda been 63-10. That game was over when Bama went right down the field on the opening possession. ND looked undersized and slow both sides of the ball

#4 and #1 were the worst I can remember.

Notre Dame had no business being in the national championship that year.

Notre Dame was BCS #1 and undefeated. Despite losing big, they earned the title game.

Unless Ginn could pass block, that game was decided at the opening whistle

Luckily that team had a defense, so the score wasn't as beatdownish as those others.

It is surprising to see a Bama fan not understand how playoffs work.

Are you retarded or something?

I’m no fan of the toads but that’s probably the sorriest I’ve felt for a team and a program. After decades of mediocrity and being a doormat, they’d finally committed and spent years building a competitive program the whole city of Ft. Worth was rabid about.

Only to crescendo into the biggest whoopin anyone can remember.

I thought the final straw happened in 2014 with the Yeldon screen. But that ‘11 championship seems to certainly have been a large crack in the foundation.
