Its still the reality of the situation.
You're such LSU apologist, they have top 6 roster. Reality is LSU should never lose to Mississippi st or Missouri in that manner. LSU biggest problem is their coaches didn't prepare the team properly. Look what happened when your guys locked in the last few games and stop making excuses. Not saying LSU would have a better record but you could tell difference the last few games.

I am not disappointed in the least by tu (aka Texas), to the contrary, I am very excited about their trajectory.

I'm sorry that reality hurts your feelings. There was barely any offseason to prepare this team.

They got some experience under their belt.

I miss Nebraska not being good.

LSU definitely the biggest disappointment in the SEC and beyond. Did not think it was going to be that bad. But here we are.

I mean you're so taken back by any criticism of LSU. The coaches did not prepare the players properly from game to game early in the season. Yes the off season is critical in getting practice reps which alot of team didn't have but LSU did have a fall camp. I'm not comparing LSU to Bama either simply saying it was more than a handful of games LSU players didn't look prepared. O was trying to run a defense that they didn't have the personnel to run, trying to jam TJ as the starter when clearly Max was a better option. Wasting another year of that stud 5* RB instead getting him 15-20 carries a game. Stop always viewing things in P and G glasses and see it was things THAT could have done better and is expected from a program like LSU.

No other team was as inexperienced as LSU. It took plenty of teams several games to finally mold together and LSU was even farther behind them.

Most Disappointing Teams...
surely you jest. LSU had the worst season after a national title than any team in my lifetime.

LSU doesn’t qualify since they are in a rebuild period and lost a lot of talent from last year to the pros.

And that's fine' means it alot of room for growth. Lost in the daily trolling on here, LSU coaching adjustments got better as the season went on. Instead they focused on players strengths and tried to hide weaknesses like going from a man Cover 1 zone early in the season to a cover 3.
Instead of making Stevens blitz half the time vacated an open zone they gave him more freedom to read the play. Offensively they tried to make TJ a dual threat but Max is more athletic and called better plays to highlight that fact.

Georgia is going to finish around 5-7th if we win our bowl game. That’s basically where we were ranked preseason. Don’t get me wrong I was pissed about losing to Florida but a team hitting their preseason ranking shouldn’t be the 5th most disappointing team on your list.

L5U should be the P5 winner

They originally played TJ because he surveys the field better and had a better command of the offense, however it became apparent that Max is just a better player.
I believe that would've been sorted out in the offseason had there been one. I expect TJ to transfer to a smaller school this offseason.

Wrong. Even in a rebuilding year, we should not be THAT bad.

I think you're reaching here, it was clear that TJ was a one read QB maybe occasionally got to that second read. Maybe the coaches tried to water down the playbook for him. I saw routinely Max get to that second read and pretty quickly after his first start. I mean you're honestly saying that TJ had better command of offense after seeing the games? We both know O tried to jam him into starting line up and probably coast y'all the AM game being stubborn. Love Jalen Hurts but we knew Tua was the better QB, because of how well built Bama was Jalen asked to put the game on his shoulders but simply execute his assignments and don't turn the ball over.

I'm saying that was the reason given, I try not to make assumptions if I dont know.

I can only guess it was a case of a dude looking great in practice but freezing up during games.
Or our coaches are retards.

A lot of the problem was he played relatively well vs South Carolina and Arkansas so it was hard to just bench him.
Two bad games vs Aggie and Bama did the trick though.
