It does not sound like it had anything to do with security, it had to do with who they allowed on the call.
Most calls include a note-taker or two, no different than face to face meetings. It sounds like their problem was the note taker leaked the conversation.

I would speculate that a president's order takes precedence over the order of a judge or even a justice, at least until such time that the president is removed from office.

I readily admit I was a blind fool, but no longer. The only way we make it out now this is with global war and near total destruction or if we keep electing strong outsiders who can withstand the bribery and blackmail. I fear that President Trump may be a one-off in that regard.
