Texas. Alabama fans are just super insecure. Maybe Texas fans are too, but I don’t interact with them as much.

We get that you're new around here, but pay attention and watch how a program that actually values tradition takes care of its relationships not just with Auburn, Tennessee, and LSU, but also teams like Ole Miss and Mississippi State. It would be the proverbial cold day in hell before Alabama threw even the Mississippi teams and Vanderbilt under the bus.
And honestly, you could say the same thing about LSU and Auburn. But Alabama is the one program that swings a dick that's every bit as big or bigger than Texas's.

Can’t say I’ve met many Texas fans, but Bama fans in real life tend to be more like what you see on the boards. Except of course those who actually went to school there who are indeed normal folks. Ain’t nothin’ worse than a pahandle gump for instance.
And no way does Texas have the side-walkers Bama does though so to say “they can back it up” means nothing when they couldn’t give a shite about the team when DuBose or Franchione were coaching.

Lol...UTA fans are kinda like LSU fans with football, but UTA fans are also aholes in general whereas Louisiana people are the most fun I've ever been around.

It's aggy. They just do it secretly. For not winning crap since the FDR administration, (outside of a few conf titles during the Fed Ex years)they still act like they are trying to run it back...when they were never there to begin with.

An ice house is a Texas Gulf Coast thing. Lots in Houston. It's a large building with garage doors all around it. When they open they just roll up the garage doors. Breeze blows through. It comes from the days when we didn't have air conditioning. A lot of tables both inside and out are usually picnic tables. Some will have Formica tops for dominoes and cards. Outside area usually dog friendly.
Jukebox with baby boomer music. Usually have several food options they do very well. We used to go to one that had frozen 16 oz. Beer goblets for #1.50. Not a typo. Shiner Bock or Lone Star beer only. A lot of other beers in longnecks. Can bring in liquor but not beer. $1 for a cup of ice set up. Big screen the for games. It's a place to big time chill. The people you want for family members or neighbors hang out there. I've gotten where I don't like going anywhere else. I always wear my Alabama natty years t-shirt for texas sippy protection. I especially love wearing it when a Tx sippy game is on. Works like a charm!
