Most + Least Masculine School Colors in the SEC

MOST: Red + Black (University of Georgia)
Very masculine set of colors.
Red invokes images of aggression and blood, both of which the Dawgs bring and shed to the field against their opponents.
Black represents the darkness that opposing teams and fans are sent into after getting destroyed by the Death Star Dawgs.
Pretty clear these are the most masculine colors In The SEC
LEAST: Purple + Gold (Louisiana State University A & M)
Gold is not so bad…
But purple???
That’s a very feminine color.
Not very masculine
And in Atlanta we’re going to see this disparity on the field when the Dawgs absolutely humiliate the Tigers just like they humiliated Tennessee and how Tennessee humiliated LSU.

You forgot orange. I know purple is a winner, but orange has to at least be mad about losing. They were preseason Champs.

Purple is the color of royalty and LSU has made the dawgs their subject the last 2 meetings.

Red and black is a very generic colorway. Couple it with a bulldog mascot and change a couple words off the generic school fight song and you have the most unoriginal team in sports.

I agree with your assessment of his assessment. Our gold is "canary yellow" which is the preferred color of true "muscle cars". That is pretty masculine in my mind.
