Why didn’t you quote his entire post that showed the all-time record? LSU has also won 4 of the last 5 meetings, with three of those wins being in the state of Georgia

Probably because it’s largely meaningless in a 30 games series. Why dont you include the fact that LSU lost the 3 games prior to 4 of 5. LSU’s lead is from the 30’s and the years between the start and end of the war. Yet the some how skipped the 42 NC Georgia team and the 1946 undefeated Georgia team. Have a losing record since the end of WW2. Didn’t play for long swaths of history when UGA was a better program…have fewer wins, bowl wins, bowl appearances, and SECC. Though LSU does lead in 4 consensus NC to 3 for UGA.

Also color concerns are for pansies. Except orange, everyone agrees orange sucks. It’s red, but mixed with cowardice (yellow).

I also happen to think Purple and gold looks pretty slick but you baws should wear purple jerseys and yellow hats.

My apologies. It was the poster two posts down who said that. I guess I assumed you read more than one post, but it appears you simply chose the one that offended you the most

Do you respond to every post in a thread, or the one that catches your attention? I know you are trying to have a gotcha moment, but you are failing miserably.

Please pray tell where I said it did

Then why bring it up?

The Georgia fan OP did, however, infer that the masculine rating of the colors had something to do with what will happen in 2 weeks. Maybe take that up with him too
And now who is lashing out because they are offended by a post?

1 fewer SEC title, meh. Georgia has played in 38 more games than LSU. Your all-time wins lead is so small over 130+ years of football that it’s barely statistically relevant.

LSU has more appearances in the AP Poll and more appearances as #1 in the AP Poll. LSU also has more overall conference championships

But I’m glad you mentioned LSU has more national titles

Why not? Nothing in this thread has any bearing on what will happen in 2 weeks. Are we only allowed to discuss things on the board that impact upcoming games?

To the tune of 18 wins in 100 plus years of football. You have a 2 game winning streak. Calm down.

They seem to love and live by that 2 game winning streak, don't they?
If they are as excited by a two game win streak you can only imagine how they felt when Alabama was in the middle of an 8 game win streak against them.

But nothing is as masculine as the entire identity of your school being in reverence to the Confederate army. The rest of us can only aspire to be so masculine as those in “the sip” are. Which reminds me. What is Kiffin’s outfit change going to be at halftime this week? Real big dick energy changing clothes at halftime every game

So when will y’all be dropping the tiger mascot there dipshit. Do you even know your own school history?

Pretty sure it's you. You aren't even reading what you post, are you?

First you say this:

Now you say this?

So, now I am confused. Does it or doesn't it?

Is the LSU mascot the entire identity of the school?

I don’t recall LSU playing Dixie before games, having a plantation owner roam the sidelines, have the nickname Rebels, waive rebel flags at football games, or having the football team wear a confederate grey uniform in a game in the last 10 years.

…and then there’s the name of your school.

But yeah, totally the same as a local civil war regiment in Louisiana also having the nickname “Tigers,” an animal

You’re right but for context….UGA lost 1 SEC game in four years from 1980 to 1983 and was #1 in the AP poll for like 4-5 weeks. LSU #1 in AP poll lead of 5 weeks (38-33) is largely because SEC didn’t get proper respect until 2000, LSU’s best historical run. UGA gaining pretty fast now. UGA has played more games, but they also have a higher winning percentage than LSU. Both are nominal yes. Which is why the claim that LSU always beats UGA is false and misrepresentative, and why I didn’t respond UGA always beats LSU.

Eh. LSU was never #1 in the AP in 2003, only for maybe 6 or so weeks in 2007, and for about half of the 2011 and 2019 seasons. They weren’t number 1 in any other season in the 2000s and they’ve never started a season there in the 2000s. A lot of theirs are from the 50s and 60s

Come on dude. I can't tell if you are trolling or the Rebel mascot really got you so upset.

It seems odd that the Washington Redskins had to change the name of their mascot because it was disrespectful (And now they are going after the Atlanta Braves) but Ole Miss had to change their mascot because it glorified the South during the Civil War.

The world has gone completely out of whack.

Gator, pig, longhorn, buffalo, chicken are all eaten regularly, dumbass. Half of Asia eats dog, people in Africa eat elephant steaks too.

How does them tasting good make them less masculine as a mascot? Dementia is setting in.

Well, since she died a year and a half ago and was 88 when she died, that would bring up even more questions for you.
