I think you might need more turf.

Exactly. We lost 4 games that season and it still took 4 of y'alls OL holding on 3rd and 50 to convert that last TD. Now I'm not sure who could have taken advantage of your turf weakness like we could. Ole Miss had just recently moved off it, and they were an away game...but they actually sucked.
A&M would have ripped the grass off their field in 2 seconds flat to get a win against LSU, but they lost 50-7 and it wasn't at Kyle Field.
So I guess practically speaking, your turf weakness made no difference. But like I said, I can't respect a team soft enough to have a turf weakness to be tGOAT of anything.

The most important detail here is that y'all can't play on outdoor turf.
It's strange that your basis for this opinion is in a game LSU won and had almost 600 yards of offense.

Imagine being such a slaw arse program you'd resort to shite like this, to get a perceived advantage... and still suck.

Texas wasn't blown out by LSU in 2019
It was a two possession game for the entire second half. Texas scored with less than a minute left to make it look closer than it was. Come on

tu is too smart for a turf management major. They're too busy creating the next generation of low paid "journalists" that latch onto socialism to offset their shitty life choices.
Do better teasips.

Funny, you Moo Moo's had the same field to play on...the same heat to endure...but, Texas had its own manure all to themselves.

I guess the turf management major in Georgia's school of agriculture is superior to that of A&M.
Save that field turf shite for poverty programs who can't afford a top tier landscaping/grounds crew.

Two options:
1) You are a Longhorn troll.
2) You are an alter pretending to be a Longhorn troll.
Both options are fricking stupid because you stir the pot so rapidly that all the good shite falls out of the bowl.. and everyone knows which you are..
If you want to be a better alter, you need to throw jabs, not knockout punches.. especially if you are going to miss with all of your punches..
Slow your role Alter Boy..
He’s an Alabama fan that has used usernames like Ctrl Alt Del, Altie, Not Altie, Defnot Altie, Stunna Tide, etc.
WT21 & 1Big broke him.

Georgia has a great reputation in the turf management game.
Can't remember the exact figure but we've done the grass at a good number of Super Bowls and other major sporting events worldwide.

Probably explains why the SEC can't break through and win the National Championship, too. I was wondering what our problem was. You have certainly earned your keep around here with this insightful thread.

On a dumb-serious note:
One of my ill-advised football guy takes is that players who train/play the majority of their games on real grass gain the most speed/benefit from special games played on fieldturf.
SEC Speed is bred on that real grass September-November, and then we unleash that speed once we hit the turf in the BCS/CFP.

Turf in the hot Texas heat.
Why da frick would you want your own players to play on that shitty surface?
And 2, at Mississippi State we field one of the best playing surfaces in the country and have done so for decades especially for football and baseball. We actually created our own grass for both which has won National awards and even been used as the choice surface for the super bowl.
All I can say to your shitty thread is the University of Texas is…

This, we have had more success on turf than grass the past 20 years. Our record in the GA Dome, Super Dome, Jerry World, and Reliant is 22-3 in that time frame. Lost to UGA in the SECCG in 2005, Alabama in the BCCG in 2011, and Clemson in the Peach Bowl in 2012.

Wish I had access to the speed monitors they use so I could put some more meat on this theory's bones.

This is a solid stat though, especially considering all those teams you lost to also possess majority Southern players (SEC Speed) with natural grass stadiums.
