Mond talks a good game for sure. He tends to fold up like a cheap tent when the better teams get after his azz. It is documented already.

That is a good point on years starting. Let’s look at the offense stats and see what they say:

2018 LSU: 387 pass attempts and 552 rushing attempts. 41.2% passing
2019 A&M: 454 pass attempts and 429 rushing attempts. 51.4% passing.

I would expect a higher % purely because of the number of games A&M was behind. The stats say that A&M offense threw the ball slightly more than LSU’s 2018 “mostly old, run based offense”.

I think this further illustrates what a jump Burrow made.

Yup, classic case of a bulldog mouth with a puppy dog arse.

Expecting Mond to make a Burrow like jump in stats is like expecting a 6th round QB draft pick to be as good as Tom Brady.

No, it was a mistake. Spelling is hard. Thanks for pointing it out.

We will suck forever. A&M will never be good at anything, ever. A&M is a terrible school. It’s academics are awful, the fans are awful, and the alumni network is non-existent.

The SEC would have been so much better off to beg tu to join them, even if it meant giving tu half of all conference revenue and the other schools split the other half 13 ways.

I get it.

I am not saying he is. Trust me. I am not a big fan of Mond. As mentioned by someone else, he doesn’t play like a guy that wants to beat the shite out of the opponent. He always looks scared. Couple that with his tendency to start games horrifically overthrowing his receivers, he can look like dog shite.

I enjoyed seeing attitude out of Burrow except for the game against us.

I was just pointing out the similarity of his junior year stats to Joe Burrow’s. Not making the leap that he will progress like him to his senior year. That would be insane. Hell, he will probably crater this year with our luck.

I know it was probably a typo or autocorrect issue, but given the context it’s pretty funny.

He's had more playing time than Trask. Still, I would take Trask with the arrow pointing up than Mond with the arrow flatlined.

I understand all Aggy has is to pin their hopes with Mond. What a sinking feeling that must be for Aggy nation.

I think most of us are just hoping to get through the season without Mond losing a game on his own goofy arse antics.

Sinking feeling? Nope. It’s an incline, baby. We don’t hand out 7 year contracts for instant gratification.

Maybe Jimbo should change qb's. Look what happened with Florida when Trask was inserted after the injury to Alpaca.

With the Aggy schedule there should be an incline of at least 3 wins. If not, then what ?

I think that’s the elephant in the room (no, not bama). Mond sucks so bad sometimes, you think surely just pull him. But knowing he rattles easily, if you pull him you probably lose him for good. And you’ve already put years of game experience into him. I’m ready for him to graduate so I don’t have to watch or worry about his crap.

...if they can convince Joe Burrow to enroll there under an alias and QB the team instead of Mond.

Ha — I see. It demonstrates your total commitment to the premise.

I knew someone in Baton Rouge whose son went to A&M. He had an “Aggie Dad” bumper sticker that he oriented upside-down. The effect was perfect.

Thing I’m wondering about is why TF is Mond still Aggies QB in the first place.

That’s option b, because option a is so typically Aggie.

Many Aggies would probably say they would rather have Manziel. It’s the Aggie way.

Low bar TBH.

Can aim higher than that.
