Every year I forget Missouri is in the SEC. The ags feel like a natural fit but Missouri doesn't. It's like adding Kansas or some other shittastic school.

We all know this move was about nothing more than money...yeah, maybe some loose connections with the South here and there, but we had a LONG history of playing the old Big 6 then 8 teams spanning decades...the SEC knows the value of long term rivals and we walked away from that. At the end of the day all decisions come down to $$, and this was no different. BUT, I must say the vast majority of MIZ fans are thankful, proud and appreciative to be in The SEC. That being said, yes, MIZ was added for TV markets...two of the top 30 or so TV markets in the US...but MIZ needs to focus more on driving loyalty in these markets rather than sucking our SEC peers sacks trying to fit in...focus on filling the stadium as literally the ONLY P5 program in a state with 6MM+ people and two top 30 TV markets! Hell, the 21st largest market in the US doesn't even have an NFL team and is only 1.5 hours away, yet Faurot Field attendance is among the lowest in the conference (sorry Vandy)...2017 attendance was more on par with Arizona State, Iowa State, K-State, UNC, OK St, Tx Tech (and all of these schools have two or more P5 programs in state!!). MIZ needs to focus on MIZ...rather than coming on here and pissing off a bunch of people who could give a shite, need to be pissing off all our fair weather fans and putting the heat on them to elevate the ZOU!
