My friend is a legislative reporter in MO and said it was done as a joke and pulled after a quick laugh from both sides.

I happen to own a seersucker suit and enjoy wearing it when I can, but it is not appropriate for most occasions.

I love my seersucker suit. But you have to wear white wingtips with them to really pull it off. Just doesn't look the same with dark shoes.

Oh, and shouldn't this shite be on the OT or something???
